addition. to the city of Wichita Falls, Texas, and being
more specifically. described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West right-of-way line of
Grandview South, said point is the Northeast corner of the
above mentioned Lot 18,8I1k. C which bears North 890 45' East
302 feet and South 000 15' East 2835 feet from the Northwest
corner of the above mentioned T. Hardy Survey, A-367, for
the Northeast corner of this tract and the place of beginning
of this description;
Thence along said West right-of-way line of Grandview

corner of this tract;
