THENCE N 00° 18' W 140.0 feet to an iron rod in North line of Lot 12;
THENCE N 89' 41' E along North line of Lot 12, 70.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast corner
of Lot 12;
THENCE S 00' 18' E along the East line of Lot 12, 140.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and con-
taining 0.225 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this replat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purpose and consideration therein expressed.
