Lot 13;
THENCE along North line of Lot 13, N 89° 41' E 70.0 feet to iron rod;
THENCE S 000 18' E 140.0 feet to iron rod in South line of Lot13 and in North Right -of -Way of Viewpark
Street;
THENCE along said Right -of -Way S 89° 41' W 70.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.225
acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this replat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
