being in the East R.O.W. lino of Grandview East.
THENCE North, with said R.O.W., 225.0 ft. to the S.E, intersection Cor. of Grandview East (50 ft. R.O.W.)
and Lon,!,view (50 ft. R 0 W.).
THENCE E:,:,t, with the South R.O.W. lino of said Longview, 145.4 ft., to an iron stake set for the N.E. Cor.
of this tract.
