0, City View Heights, an addition to the city of Wichita Falls,
Texas, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West right-of-way line of Grand-
view Wool, said point bears North 890 45' East 100.0 feet and
South 000 15' East 1722.5 feet from the Northwest corner of the
above mentioned City View Heights, for the Northeast corner of
this tract and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said West right-of-way line of Grandview West,
South 000 15' East 67.5 feet to a point for the Southeast corner
of the above mentioned Lot 5 and the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said West right-of-way line and along the South
line of said Lot 5, South 890 45' West 140.00 feet to a point for

this tract;
