County Texas; and herewith replats said lot into Lots 1-A and 1-B, the perimeter of
which is described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake set for the N.E. Cor. of this tract at the original N.E. Cor.
of said Lot 1.
THENCE South, with the West R.O.W. line of Grandview East, 140.0 ft. iron stake for Cor.
THENCE West 140.0 ft. iron stake for Cor.
THENCE North J,A0.0 ft. iron stake for Cor
THENCE East, with the South R.O.W line of Hillsboro, 140.0 ft. to the place of beginning
and containing 0.45 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public for-
ever all streets, alleys, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon
shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
