distance of 35.15 feet to a highway monument found at the intersection of the East
right—of—way line of City View Drive and the South right—of—way line of 287 Expressway, sold
monument being an angle comer of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 53' 46" E with the South right—of—way line of 287 Expressway a distance of
115.29 feet to an iron rod set for the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 15' 00" E a distance of 175.99 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.559 acre of land.
