THENCE N 890 54' E a distance of 70.12 feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of Lot
14-81
THENCE S 000 06' E a distance of 140 17 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.225 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and consideration therein expressed.
