IA tract of land being more commonly known as the west half of Lot 4, Block J, City View Heights, an
addition to the city of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more specifically
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2 inch iron rod lying in the south right-of-way line of Greenridge, said iron
rod being the northwest corner of Lot 4A, of said Block J, and also being the northeast corner and
place of beginning of this description;
Thence along the west line of said Lot 4A, Block J,, South 00e 15' East 140.00 feet to a 112 inch
iron rod being the southwest corner of said Lot 4A, Block J, and also being the southeast corner of
this tract;
Thence South 89° 45' West 70.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod being the southwest corner of this
