more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the original southeast corner of said Lot 12, Block J,
City View Heights, at a 1/2 inch iron rod which lies in the north right-of-
way line of Wrangler Drive, a dedicated street, said 112 inch iron rod
being the southeast corner of this description;
Thence along, said north right-of-way line of Wrangler Drive, West
70.03 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for the southwest corner cf this
description, said 112 inch imn rod also being the southeast corner of Lot
12-A, Block J;
Thencr leaving said north right-of-way line of Wrangler Drive, North
140.00 feet to a 112 inch iron rod for the northwest corner of this
description, said 112 inch iron rod also being the northeast corner of said

Thence East 70.03 feet to a 112 inch iron rod for the northest corner
of this description, said 112 inch iron rod also being the original
