in the East line of Grandview East Street for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00010' E with East line of Grandview East Street at 26.7 feet cross the Southwest
corner of said Lot 3 and continuing in all 156.7 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest corner of said
Lot 4 for the Southwest corner, of this tract;
THENCE fi 89°50' E with the South line of said Lot 4, 148.6 feet to an iron rod in the West line
of Block 27, Sunset Terrace, Section II for the Southeast corner of said Lot 4 and the Southeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00005' W with the blest line of said Block 27, at 130.0 feet cross the Northeast corner of
said Lot 4 and continuing in all, 156.1 feet to the place of heoinninp and containing 0,53 acres of land
