WHEREAS, First Presbyterian Church, is the owner of Block L and the South half of Block
K, Park Place Subdivision, Wichita Falls, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron found at the Southwest corner of a tract conveyed to Rebecca Lou Lanmon
by Quitclaim Deed recorded in Volume 1591, Page 896, Wichita County Deed Records, said iron
rod being in the East line of Lake Park Drive, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 57 E with the South line of said Lanmon tract, a distance of 502.30 feet to a point
in the East line of Block K, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 000 02' W with the East line of Blocks K and L, a distance of 578.23 feet to a point in
the North line of Brenda Hursh Drive, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 59' W with the North line of Brenda Hursh Drive, a distance of 197.62 feet to an
iron rod set at the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 254.00 feet;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with said curve to the right, for an arc distance of 175.27 feet
to an iron rod set at the end of curve (chord bearing of this curve is N 700 12' W 171.82 feet);
THENCE N 50n 26' W a distance of 184.98 feet to an N" set in concrete in the East line of Lake
Park Drive, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North with the East line of Lake Park Drive a distance of 402.58 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 6.22 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon
shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
