the Northwest comer of Block V;
THENCE East with the North line of Block V a distance of 505.95 feet to an iron rod set at the Northeast comer of
Block V;
THENCE S 000 01' 55" W with the East line of Block V a distance of 180.0 feet to an iron rod set at the Southeast
comer of Block V and in the North line of Weeks Street;
THENCE West with the North line of Weeks Street a distance of 513.59 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 2.12 acres of land.
