the South line of Brenda Hursh Drive at the Northeast corner of said Lot 2—A and the
Northwest corner of said Lot 3—A, and in a curve to the left having a radius of 319.00 feet,
said nail being the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE Southeasterly with the South line of Brenda Hursh Drive, the North line of said Lot
3—A and said Lot 4—A and said curve to the left an arc distance of 135.08 feet (Chord =
S 77' 43' 00" E — 134.08 feet) to an iron rod found at the end of said curve;
THENCE S 89' 51' 02" E, continuing with the South line of Brenda Hursh Drive and the North
line of said Lot 4—A, a distance of 48.90 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.74 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
