rod being in the North right—of—way line of Boma Avenue, a dedicated street, for the
Southeast comer and the PLACE OF BEGINNING of this description;
THENCE S 89' 58' 00" W along the North right—of—way line of Boma Avenue 109.76
feet to an iron rod found for the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE leaving said North right—of—way line of Boma Avenue, N 00' 07' 30" W 116.32
feet to an iron rod set for the Northwest comer of the above said Lot 34 and for the
Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 57' 30' E along the North lines of said Lots 34 and 33 for a distance
of 109.76 feet to an 'x" found in concrete for the Northeast comer of said Lot 33 and the
Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 00' Or 30' E along the East line of said Lot 33 to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.293 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plot and whose name is ascribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use
of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
