said point being the beginning of a curve along the south right—of—way intersection of Lake Park Drive and Brenda Hursh
Drive having a radius of 20.00 feet;
THENCE in a northeasterly direction with said curve to the right, for an arc distance of 45.30 feet to an iron rod found
in the south right—of—way line of Brenda Hursh Drive;
THENCE S 50' 02' 56" E a distance of 79.25 feet to an iron rod found in the south right—of—way line of Brenda Hursh
Drive, said point being the beginning of a curve along the south right—of—way line of Brenda Hursh Drive having a radius
of 319.00 feet;
THENCE in a southeasterly direction with said curve to the right, for an arc distance of 220.41 feet to an iron rod found
in the south right—of—way line of Brenda Hursh Drive;
THENCE S 89' 52' 08" E a distance of 196.46 feet to on iron rod found in the south right—of—way line of Brenda Hursh
Drive, said point bears S 00' 10' 26' W and 65.00 feet from the northeast comer of Tract M, Park Place Subdivision
and being the northeast corner of herein described property;
THENCE S 00' 10' 26" W a distance of 172.39 feet to an iron rod found in the east line of Tract M, Park Place
Subdivision, said point bears N 00' 23' 40" E and 10.17 feet from the southeast comer of Tract M. Park Place
Subdivision and being the southeast corner of herein described property;
THENCE N 89' 47' 49" W a distance of 493.42 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.291 acres of
land, more or less.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat, and whose name is subscribed thereon and in person
