Page 151, Wichita County Plat Records, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2-inch iron rod on the south right-of-way line of Terrace Avenue, a dedicated public
right-of-way, being the northeast corner of said Lot 16 and the northwest corner of Lot 17 of said Cone's
Replat for the northeast corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE SOUTH 06'55'27" EAST 176.21 feet along the west line of said Lot 16 and the east Line of said
