Whereas we, Carl A. Hursh, Frank H, Hursh, William B, Hursh, and Mrs. Christine Hursh
Smith, are the Owners of a certain tract of land out of Block 2, Cherokee County School
Land, Abstract No. 33, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 1030 feet South and 870 feet West from the Northeast corner of
said Block 2, Cherokee County School Land, Wichita County, Texas;
Thence West 763.2 feet to a point;
Thence S 100-391E 389.6 feet to a point;
Thence East 692 feet to a point;
Thence North 383 feet to the place of beginning and containing 6.4 Acres of land
more or less.
Now therefore know all men by these presents that we, Carl A. Hursh, Frank H. Hursh,
William R.Hursh, and Mrs. Christine Hursh Smith do adopt this plat, designating the
hereinabove described property as Hursh Subdivision, Section Five, an Addition to the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and we do hereby dedicate to the Public use forever the
Streets and Easements shown thereon.
Witness our hand at Wichita Falls, Texas, this the 3rd day of December, A.D. 1958,
