219.07 feet to a magnetic nail set at the Intersectlon of the South right-of-way line of Aldrich
Avenue and the West right-of-woy line of Old Jocksboro Highway, for the Northeast comer of

THENCE S 00' 02' 17' W along the West right-of-way line of Old Jacksboro Highway, at 140.0
feet pass the Northeast comer of sold 0.05 oae tract, and continuing on some course, in all a

Records, for the Southeast tamer of this tract;

Six for a distance of 217.50 feel to an Iron rod found at on ell comer of said Lot 12, also
being the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 33' 43' W along on Interior line of said Lot 12. at 9.97 feet pass an Iron rod
found at an all caner of sold Lot 12 and at the Southeast comer of said Lot 2, Block 7, Hursh
Addition, Section IV, and continuing on same course, in all a distance of 149.93 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.751 acres of land.
