and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod in the intersection of the West line of Old Jacksboro
Highway and the North line of Christine Avenue for the Southeast corner of this
tract;
THENCE West along the North line of Christine Avenue, a distance of 225.0 feet
to an iron rod at the Southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 3, Hursh Subdivision as
recorded in Volume 7, Page 23, Wichita County Plat Records, for the Southwest corner
of this tract;
THENCE North with the East line of said Lot 13, a distance of 150.0 feet to the
Northeast corner of Lot 13 and the South line of Hursh Subdivision, Section One,
for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East along the South line of said Hursh Subdivision, Section One, it distance
of 225.0 feet to a point in the West line of Old Jacksboro Highway for the Northeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE South along the West line of old Jacksboro Highway a distance of 150.0 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.775 acre of land.
The Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto,
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements
and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein
expressed.
