Records, said point being in the East line of Reynolds Lane,
THENCE North with the East line of Reynolds Lane a distance of 132.50 feet to an iron rod
found for the Northwest corner of this tract,
THENCE S 890 56' 24" E a distance of 423.09 feet to an iron rod found in the East line of Lot
32, for the Northeast line of this tract,
THENCE S 000 02' 12" W a distance of 132.34 feet to an iron rod found at the Southeast corner
of Lot 33, for the Southeast corner of this tract,
THENCE N 890 57' 42" W with the South line of Lot 33, a distance of 423.0 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.287 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for
the purposes and consideration therein expressed.
