County, Texas and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as
follows:
Beginning at a 112 inch iron rod lying at the intersection of the
north right-of-way line of Beatrice Lane and the east right-of-way line of
Bebe Lane, said 1/2 inch iron rod also being the original southwest corner
of said Lot 13 and the southwest corner of the herein described tract;
Thence along said east right-of-way line of Bebe Lane, North 107.0
feet to a 112 inch iron rod for the original northwest corner of said Lot
13 and the northwest corner of the herein described tract;
Thence leaving said east right-of-way line of Bebe Lane, East 210.0
feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for the northeast corner of the herein
described tract;
Thence South 107.0 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod lying in the said north
right-of-way line of Beatrice Lane for the southeast corner of the herein
described tract;
Thence along said north right-of-way line of Beatrice Lane, West 210.0
feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.51 acre of land, more or
