Survey No, 13, Abstract No. 303, Wichita County, Texas,
described as:
Beginning at a point in the West line of Block 8
of Sayles Subdivision of J.A. Scott Survey No. 13, Wichita
County, Texas, and 30 feet North of the Southwest corner
of same;
Thence North along the West line of Block 8 for a
distance of 1270 feet to a point;
Thence East 685.5 feet to a point;
Thence South 1270 feet to a point in the North line
of a County Road known as Harding Street;
Thence West along said North line 685.5 feet to the
place of beginning.
Now therefore be it known that I do adopt this Plat
designating the hereinabove described property as Ed. F.
Riley Subdivision No. 3, and I do dedicate to the Public
use forever the streets, alleys and easements shown thereon.
