A tract of land out of the Cyrus Eakman Survey, A-450, Wichita County,
Texas, and being more commonly known as Lots 1-11, Gil l asp'a Second Addition,
an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and being more specifically
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the North right-of-way Iine of
Midwestern Parkway and the East rightrof-way line of Wayne Avenue, both being
dedicated streets, said point bears South 890 29' East 689.00 feet and North
000 32' East 35.00 feet from the Southwest corner of the above mentioned
Cyrus Eakman Survey, said point being the Southwest corner and place of
beginning of this description:
Thence along said East right-of-way line of Wayne Avenue as follows;
North 000 45' East 425.00 feet to a point of curvature: in a Northeasterly
direction along a 30.971 degree curve to the right, having a radius of 185.00
feet and a central single of 741 48' 06", a distance of 241.53 feet to the
. -- Point of intersection with the West line of a 15.00 foot wide dedicated Alley,
for the Northeast corner of Lot 11, said Gillespie Second Addition, and the
Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 000 45' West 603.01 feat along said West line of a 15,00
foot wide Alley to its point of intersection with said North right-of-way
line of Midwestern Parkway for the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence North 890 28' West 136.50 feet along said North right-of-way
line of Midwestern Parkway to the Place of Beginning and containing 1.74
Acres, more or less.
