by Metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a point in the West right of way line of Wayne Avenue, said point bears North 590 31' East
747.15 feet from the Southwest corner of the above mentioned Cyrus Eakman Survey, said point being further
identified as the Northeast corner of Lot 13-A of said Gillaspia Second Addition, for the most Southerly
Southeast corner of the above mentioned Lot 20 and the place of beginning of this description;
