Whereas Carolyn Faith Rogers and Patricia Gayle Huffman, 703 Lamar Street, Wichita Falls,
Texas, Phone 723-7111, are the Owners of a certain tract of land situated in the Gillespie
Second Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake in the East R.O.W. of Wayne Avenue, said point being the North-
west corner of Lot 8 of Gillespie Second Addition;
THENCE North with said R.O.W. a distance of 25 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right;
THENCE in a Northeasterly direction with a 30.965286° curve to the right (central angle -
75°-18'-32", radius - 185.00, short chord bearing and distance - N.37°-39'-16"E. 223.44 feet)
a distance of 244.32 feet to the intersection of the Southeast R.O.W. of Wayne Avenue with the
West line of a 15 foot alley;
THENCE South along the West line of said alley a distance of 201.9 feet to an iron stake at
the Northeast corner of Lot 8;
THENCE West along the North line of Lot 8, a distance of 136.5 feet to the place of beginning
and containing 0.499 acres of land.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parka, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and
consideration therein expressed.
