BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of Lot 4-A, Nelson -Stone Subdivision No.
1, as recorded in Volume 25, Page 357, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the West
line of Allen Road,
THENCE S 140 28' 30" E with the West line of Allen Road a distance of 190.0 feet to a drill hole
set in concrete for the Southeast corner of Lot 6-A:
THENCE S 75' 58' W a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of Lot
6-A;
THENCE N 140 28' 30" W a distance of 190.0 feet to an iron set at the Northwest corner of Lot 4-A,
for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 750 59 E a distance of 150.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.654
acre of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereos shown or the
purposes and consideration therein expressed.
