BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Northeast corner of Lot 6, Nelson -Stone
Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 6, Page 43, Wichita County Plat Records, said
point being in the West line of Allen Road;
THENCE S 14' 28' 30" E with the West line of Allen Road a distance of 70.0 feet
to an iron rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 75' 31' 301, W a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod in the West line
of Lot 7 for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 14' 28' 30" W with the West line of Lots 7 and 6 a distance of 70.0 feet
to an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Lot 6;
THENCE N 75' 31. 30" E with the North line of Lot 6 a distance of 150.0 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.24 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to
the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains,
easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
