said tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2 iron rod being the point of intersection of the south right-of-way line of Onaway
Trail and the east right-of-way line of Allen Road, said iron rod being the northwest corner of said Lot
52, Block 1, and also being the northwest corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said south right-of-way line of Onaway Trail, and along the north line of said Lot 52,
