A tract of land out of Block-1, Nelson Stone Subdivision, an addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and lying in the Robert Evans Survey, A-74, and
being more commonly known as Lot 4 and Lot 5 of said Block 1, said tract being more
specifically described by metes and bounds as follows: '
Beginning at a 5/8" iron rod lying in the west right-of-way line of Allen Road,
said 5/8" iron rod being 2,530.4 feet in a southwesterly direction and South 15° 15'
East 218.6 feet from the intersection of the south right-of-way line of U.S. Highway
No. 82 and 277 and the east line of said Robert Evans Survey, A-74, said 5/8" iron rod
being the northeast corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence South 15° 15' East along said west right-of-way line of Allen Road a
distance of 120.0 feet to a 3/8" iron rod for the southeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 74" 45' West, leaving said west right-of-way line, a distance of
150.0 feet to a 5/8" iron rod for the southwest corner of this tract;
Thence North 1.5° 15' West 120.0 feet to a 5/8" iron rod for the northwest corner
of this tract;
