Whereas Mr.. and Mrs. C. F. Fischer ire the Owners of a certain tract of land situated in
Nelson -Stone Subdivision No. 1, an'additlon to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, out of the
Robert Evans Survey, A-74, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of lot 31 of said Nelson -Stone Subdivision, 3699.7 feet
along the South right-of-way of U. S. highway No. 82 and 277, 5 15*15' E 1976.0 feet, and
N 64°20' E 106.8 feet from the East boundary line of said Robert Evans Survey;
THENCE N 15015' W 124.2 feet to a point in a curve of the South right-of-way of Circle Drive;
THENCE 86.0 feet along a curve to the left which has a chord distance and bearing of N 47*26' E
84.4 feet to the end thereof;
THENCE N 34*26' E along the south right-of-way of Circle Drive 52.4 feet to a point;
THENCE N 74*45' E along the South right-of-way of Circle Drive 80.0 feet to the Northwest
corner of Lot 35;
THENCE S 15015' E 161.0 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 35;
THENCE S 64020' W 198.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.69 acre of land.
The Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purpose and consideration therein expressed.
