The Commissioners Colust of Wichita County, Texas, on
the 27th day of March, A. Ii. 1950, same being at a regular session
thereof, with the following members present:
son. Arthur Tipps, Co-nty Judce
Lee Cooper, Commissioner, Precinct No. 1
W. T. Holman, Commissioner, Precinct No. 2
E. S. Voyles, Commissioner, Precinct No. 3
H. H. Haynes, Commissioner, Precinct No. 4
by unanimous vote passed the following order:
(3458-C) Motion made by Mr. Cooper and seconded by Mr. Voyles
that the plat of the W. H. Ozmun Subdivision of 2.32 acres
of land out of The Wichita Gardens Homesteads, David Welch Survey,
Abstract No. 324 be approved and ordered filed with the understanding
that Wichita County will not be responsible for maintaining the
streets in the subdivision.

THAT, I, W. H. Ozmun, of the County of .ichita, and State
of Texas, being the owner of the property shown by plat hereto attached
and fully describ6d in deed from the Wichita Falls Homestead Association
Incorporated dated Kay 14th 1949 and filed of record, July 2nd 1949,
recorded in volume 505 page 377, Deed records of ':'ichita County, Texas,
and that I do hereby adopt the said plat, which is known as :7. F. Ozmun
Subdivision of 2.32 acres out of the ::ichita Gardens Homesteads,'ichita
Falls, lichita County, Texas, and I do hereby dedicate to the public
the Sgreets and Alleys as shown on said plat and will hereafter convey
said land by the lot and block number as shown or. said plat by which
number said subdivision of said land shall hereafter be known.
