Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE S 80. 40' 47" E. with the South line of Call Field Road, a distance of 389.78 feet to
a nail set for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE continuing with the South line of Coll Field Rood, S 80' 41' 43" E a distance of
57.16 feet to a nail found at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 3, Faith Village, Unit 1 as
recorded in Volume 3, Page 166A, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being the Northeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 09' 21' 15" W. with the West line of said Lot 1, a distance of 73.30 feet to an
iron rod set for an angle comer of this tract;
THENCE S 09. 49' 47" W a distance of 167.64 feet to an iron rod set on the North line of a
20 foot alley dedicated in Volume 533, Page 187, Wichita County Deed Records, said rod
being an angle comer of this tract;
THENCE S 28- 15' 00" W, with the West line of said 20 foot alley, a distance of 237.84 feet
to an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of said Lot 3, and the Northeast comer of
said Block 6, said rod being the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE N 80. 43' 42" W, with the South line of said Lot 3, a distance of 368.12 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 4.57 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are
subscribed thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the
use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
