bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found in concrete at the Southeast comer of Lot 24 and the
Northeast corner of Lot 23, Block 7, Faith Village, Unit 1 as recorded in Volume 25, Pages
314 & 315, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being in the Northwest line of Faith Road
and also being the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 61- 45' Ot" W, with the Southwest line of said Lot 24 and the Northeast line of
said Lot 23, a distance of 120.05 feet to an iron rod set in the Northwest line of a 20 foot
alley and the South East line of Lot 32, Block 7, Faith Village, Unit 1 as recorded in Volume
25, Pages 314 & 315, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being an angle corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 80' 11' 11" W a distance of 38.53 feet to an iron rod found at an angle comer of
said Lot 32 and the Southeast corner of Block 6, Faith Village, Unit 1 as recorded in Volume
6, Page 20-23, said rod rod also being the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 28' 24' 47" E, with the Northwest line of said Lot 32 and the Southeast line of
said Block 6, a distance of 170.15 feet to an iron rod found at the most Northerly Northwest
comer of said Lot 32. said rod being the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE S 80' 35' 18" E a distance of 158.38 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast
corner of Lot 31, Block 7, Faith Village, Unit 1 as recorded in Volume 25, Pages 314 & 315,
Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being at the intersection of the South line of an
Unnamed Street and the Northwest line of Faith Road, and also being the Northeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE S 28- 15' 00" W. with the Northwest line of Faith Road, a distance of 197.53 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.60 ACRE of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
