City of Wichita Falls. Texas and being m)re specifically described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an "X" In concrete at the intersection of the west right-of-way
line of Kemp Boulevard, a dedicated street, and the north right-of-way line of Elliot
;Street. a dedicated street, bring the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 81, Faith
Village, Unit 3 and the southeast corner of the herein described tract;
Thence along the said north right-of-way line of Elliot Street, North 89' 43'
30" West 119.50 feet to an "X" in concrete:
Thence continuing along said north right-of-way line of Elliot Street, along a
32.74 degree curve to the right, having a radius of 175.00 feet and a central angle
of 05° 04' 29" a distance of 15.50 feet to a 112" iron rod for the southwest corner
of Lot 2 of said Block 81;
Thence North 05° 00' 22" East 109.09 feet to a 5/3" iron rod for the northwest
corner of the aforesaid Lot 2 and the northeast corner of Lot 3 of said Block 81;
Thence North 85" 26' West, passing a 5/8" iron rod at 56.28 feet, a total
distance of 64.32 feet to a 112" iron rod being an ell corner of Lot 4 of said Block
81;
Thence North 000 06' West 60.00 feet to a 1" iron rod being an ell corner of Lot
5 of said Block 81;
Thence South 85° 26' East 24.45 feet to a 112" iron rod for the easterly south-
east corner of said Lot 5, Block 81.
Thence along the east line of said Lot 5, Flock 81, North 00' 06' West 7.75 feet
to a 112" iron rod for the most northerly northwest corner of the herein described
tract;
Thence along the centerline of that cartain alley created by Block 85, Faith
Village, Unit 3. and being part of said alley closed and abandoned by the City of
Wichita Falls, in Ordinance,No. 2260 dated August 15, 1966, South 85' 26' East 165.55
feet to an "X" in concrete lying in said, west right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard for
the northeast corner of the herein described tract;
Thence along the said west right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard, South 000 06'
East passing a 3/4" iron pipe at 7.75 feet a total distance of 167.75 feet to the
place of beginning and containing 0.60 acres, more or less.
