A tract of land out of Block 11, Faith Village Unit 1, an addition to the
City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and being more specifically described
by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at the southeast corner of the herein described tract, commonly
referred to as Area D, said southeast corner being more futher described as being the
the point of intersection of the West line of Rhea Road and the north line of Gossett
Drive; said point being the Place of Beginning of this description;
Thence North 80 degrees 44 minates 57 seconds West along the north line of
Gossett Drive ■ distance of 142.90 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 10;
