WHEREAS, Audie R. Allred and Earl Allred, are the owners of Block 31, Faith Village, Unit 1, 'Wichita
Falls, Wichita County, Texass and herewith replats said tract of land into Lots 1, 2, & 3, Block 31,
Faith Village, Unit 1; said tract of land being described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a J" iron reinforcing rod set for the Northwest corner of Block 31, Faith Village, Unit
said rod is on the East line of Blankenship Street and bears Weot 0.58 feet to a 3/8" iron reinforcing
rod found.
THENCE East 126.44 feet along the North line of said Block 31 to a + mark made in concrete
THENCE S41o48'48"E 148,63 feet to a 3/8" iron reinforcing rod found on a curve for the original most.
Southerly Northeast corner of said Block 31; said rod bears S41°35'55"E 790.03 feet to the center
of circle for the curve
THENCE Southwesterly 255.52 feet along said curve concave to the Southeast having a central angle of
18e31'52" and a radius of 790.03 feet to a J" iron reinforcing rod set
THENCE N61045'00"W 8.69 feet to a iron reinforcing rod set
THENCE Rpr'thwesterly 117.26 feet along a curve concave to the Northeast having a central angle of
61 5'00" and a radius of 108.80 feet to a 2" iron reinforcing rod set
THENCE North 208.15 feet along the East line of Blankenship Street to the place of beginning, and
containing 1.02 acres of land more or less.
