BEGINNING at an iron rod at intersection of the East right-of-way of Rhea Road and the South right-of-way
of Featherston Avenue, said iron rod being the Northwest corner of Lot 8, Block 27, Faith Village, Unit I,
as recorded in Vol. 6, Page 20, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE East along the South right-of-way of Featherston Avenue, 29.0 feet to an iron rod at the beginning
of a curve to the right whose center bears S 00° 04' IV and having a radius of 366.0 feet;
THENCE with said curve an arc distance of 116.8 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast corner of Lot 7;
THENCE S 17° 47' W along the East line of Lot 7, 120.7 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 610 27' W, 11.7 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 890 53' W, 96.6 feet to an iron rod in the Fast right-of-way of Rhea Road, the Southwest corner
of Lot 8;
THENCE North with said right-of-way of Rhea Road, 127.7 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.363 acre of land.
TTTEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat whose names are subscribed thereto and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
