said tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning, at the, intersection of the North right-of-vay line of Southwest
Parkway and the West right-of-way line of Rhea Road; sai:i point being the
Southeast corner of said Lot 1. Block 54 and the Southeas corner of this
tract and the place of beginning of this descrip.lon;
Thence, along said North right-of-way lino of Southwest Parkway, South

East 192.00 feet to a 1/2' Iron Rod for intersection of said South right-of-way
line of Cunningham Drive and the above mentioned West right-of-way line of
