according to Plat recorded in Volume 6, Paaes 113 A 114, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being
the Northwest corner of Lot 1 and also being in the South Right -of -Way of Moffett Avenue;
THENCE South with the East line of said Lot 2, at 115.0 feet passing an iron rod, continuinq South,
in all, a distance of 125.0 feet, the Southeast corner of said Lot 2;
THENCE West 184.2 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 4, of said Block 52;
THENCE North with the West line of said Lot 4, at 10.0 feet passing an iron rod, continuing North, in
all, a distance of 125.0 feet to an iron rod, the Northwest corner of said Lot A, said rod being in
the South Right -of -Way line of Moffett Avenue;
THENCE East with said Right -of -Way line 184.2 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing n.52P acre
of land.
Therefore, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and
in person, or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and considerations therein expressed.
