BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 2 of a Replat of a portion of Blocks
3 and 5, Faith Village, Unit 1, as recorded in Volume 3, Page 166A of the Wichita County Plat Records,
for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 80° 42' E with the most Westerly South line of said Lot 2, a distance of 367.8 feet to an
iron rod for an ell corner of said Lot 2 and the most Northerly Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 09° 18' W 35.00 feet to an iron rod for an ell corner of said Lot.2.a.nd of this tract;
THENCE S 800 42' E 31.35 feet to an iron rod for the Southeast corner of said Lot 2 and the North-
east corner of this tract;
THENCE S 28° 15' W 95.14 feet to an iron rod in the South line of said Block 5 for the Southeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 800 42' W 363.25 feet to an iron rod in the East line of Rhea Road for the Southwest corner
of said Block 5 and of this tract;
THENCE N 09° 18' E with the East line of Rhea Road and the West line of said Block 5, a distance of
125.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.08 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and it
person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to t use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and pu li pla s thereon shown r the
