THENCE S 46°12' W with the Northwest line of McGaha Avenue 25.0 feet to the beginning of a
curve to the right having a radius of 215.47 feet and a central angle of 43"48';
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction with said curve to the right, an arc distance of 164.7
feet to the end of the curve;
THENCE West with the North line of McGaha Avenue 93.75 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot
28, Block 56, Faith Village Unit II;
THENCE North 125.0 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 28;
THENCE N 16*26' E with the East line of Lot 1, Block 56, Faith Village Unit II, 111.4 feet
to the.Place of Beginning and containing 0.936 acre of land.
