tract of land situated in Block 4 of the Marlow Subdivision, of the E. A. Austin Sur., A-701,
Wichita County, Texas; said tract being described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake set in the South R.U.W. line of Ninth Street for the N.W. Car.
of this tract. The S.E. Intersection Cor., of Ninth Street and Beverly Drive, and the N.W.
Car. of said Block 4 brs. West 100.0 Feet.
THENCE S.38' ll'E., with the West line of this tract and the East line of the Felts Distribut-
ing Company tract 190.8 Feet, to an iron stake set for the S.W. Cor. of this tract in the
North line of a 20 Foot alley.
THENCE East, with the South Line of this tract and the North line of said alley, 347.0 Feet to
an iron stake found for the S.E. Cor. of this tract.
THENCE North, with the East line of this tract and the West line of the Young tract, 150.0
Feet to an iron stake found for the N.E. Cor. of this tract in the South R.O.W. line of said
Ninth Street.
THENCE West, with the said South Line of Ninth Street, 465.0 Feet to tho place of beginning
and containing 1.40 acres of land.
