'.hereas, on the 4th day of April, A. D. 1951, L. V.
Abernathy and Temple Abernathy made a dedication of the Abernathy
Subdivision of a part of Block 5 of the Marlow oubdivision of a
rortion of the E. A. Austin Survey, Abstract 701 the same being record-
ed in Vol 565, F'aFe 161 of the Deed Records of Wichita County, Texas,
And whereas it was stated in said dedication that "the
easements shown on sari plat for public utilities are 15 feet wide
and th- same shall never be obstructed.".

And whereas th- ouestion has been raised as to/porter of
the lots in Block 2 of said Subdivision dedicated as an easement for
public utilities and in order to clarify said ambiguity, the raid

their intention to dedicate y# feet of the lots in Block No. 2 of
said subdivision for 'public utilities as is correctly shown on said
plat ani ledication.
