COUNTY OF WICHITA.
We, J. 0. Polhemus and L. A. Smith, Jr., of Wichita County, Texas, being the owners of
the West thirty five (35) feet of Lot Five (5) end-all of Lots Six (6) Seven (7), Eight (8),
Nine (9) and Ten (10) of Speedbrook Place, an addition to the City of Miohita Falls, Texas, do
hereby adopt the above and foregoing plat and re -subdivision covering the West 35 feet of Lot 5,
and all of Lots, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of 8peed.Brook Place, an addition to the City of Wichita Fall
Texas. Said plat Is made a part of this Instrument as the map and plat of which Is to be known
as J. 0. Polhemua Re-Subdivision,and said lands will be hereafter conveyed by lot numbers as
shown on said plat, by which numbers said lots or subdivisions of said land shall be hereafter
known.
