THENCE with the West line of Bailey Avenue and East line of Lot 1, S 00' 23, W 158.2 feet to an iron rod, the
Southeast corner of Lot 1 for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE with the North line of an alley, N 89' 17' W 150.0 feet to an iron rod, the Southwest corner of Lot 3
for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with the West line of Lot 3, N 00' 23' E 156.3 feet to an iron rod in the South line of Harding Street,

THENCE with the South line of Harding Street, East 150.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.542

according to plat recorded in Volume 399, Page 363, Wichita County Deed Records, said iron rod being at the
intersection of the West line of Bailey Avenue and the North line of Marconi Street;
THENCE with the North line of Marconi Street N 89' 17' W 100.0 feet to an iron rod, the Southwest corner of Lot
9, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with the West line of Lot 9, N 00' 23, E 110.0 feet to an iron rod in the South line of an alley, the
Northwest corner of Lot 9, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with the South line of alley, S 89' 17' E 100.0 feet to an iron rod in the West line of Bailey Avenue,
the Northeast corner of Lot 10 for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE with the West line of Bailey Avenue, S 00' 23' W 110.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
