The Board of Alderman of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, met in regulard session in the council room of the
Memorial Auditorium Building at 8 o'clock P. M. on the
above date, with the following members present:

Among other proceedings, the following was had:
Moved by Alderman Parish the the Board
of Alderman adopt the Plat and Dedication oT the Blackmon
& '.Williams fourth Addition to the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, same being attached hereto and made a part of the
records hereof.
Motion seconded by Alderman tray and carried.

PLAT AND DEDICATION OF
The Blackmon & Williams Fourth Addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, all as shown by the attached plat, which
is made a part hereof*
We, E. P. Williams and wife, 011ie Mae Williams, owners of
the land embraced in said addition, hereby adopt said plat and
dedicate the streets and alleys thereon shown to the use and
benefit of the public; and agree to convey the lots in accord
therewith.
The field notes of said addition, comprised of 12.08 acres,
out of parts of parts of blocks Nos. 2, 3, 7 and 8, Irrigation
Subdivision, John A. Scott Survey No. 12, Abstract No. 296, in
said county and city, follow:
BEGINNING in the north line of Gerald Street, and the north-
east corner of the Blackmon & Williams Amended Second Addition;
running THENCE south 000 211 west along the east line of said
last-named addition 1265' to the north line of Tulsa Street;
THENCE south 890 421 east along the north line of Tulsa
Street 416 feet to 2^ iron pipe in the north line of Tulsa
Street and the eastOline of Williams Boulevard;
THENCE north 00 21f east with the east line of Williams
Boulevard 1265 feet to the north line of Gerald Street;
THENCE north 890 421 west 416 feet to the plaee of beginning.
Dated at Wichita Falls, Texas, this 6th day of November, 1950.

for said County, Texas, on this day personally appeared E. P.
Williams and 011ie Mae Williams, his wife, both known to me to
be the persons whose names are subscribed to the foregoing
instrument, and acknowledged to me that they each executed the
same for the pupposes and consideration therein expressed, and
the said 011ie Mae Williams, wife of the said E. P. Williams,
having been examined by me privily and apart from her husband,
and having the same fully explained to her, she, the said 011ie
Mae Williams, acknowledged such instrument to be her act and
deed, and she declared that she had willingly signed the same
for the purposes and consideration therein expressed, and that
she did not wish to retract it.
