addition, I hereby dedicate to the general public the streets and alleys shown on the plat to
which this dedication Is attached and contained within the boundaries shown herein, which I hereby
adopt; and will hereafter convey said land by the lot and block numbers shown on said plat,
Reservation: That all mineral rights in and under said land are hereby reserved in perpetuity
for the sole use and benefit of myself, my heirs and assigns.
Building restriction No. 1: Lots Noe, 1 to 5 Inclusive, Block 1; restricted to business
buildings only; to be constructed of either brick brick veneer; tile, stucco or store, fronting
on Harding Street, with the front of each bul lding the same distance back from street not exceed-
ing 30 feet, but to be the same distance back as the first building erected. Stud -walled frame
buildings may be erected on the rear of said lots for living quarters or otherwise, if desired;
but no building shall be lees than 12 x 12 feet in size, and all buildings In said addition shall
be connected to all public utilities which aid Public health. No sheet -iron or boxed buildings
shall be erected. Any frame building erected on the rear of any of said lotashall be at least 20
feet back from other structures facing Hardin
