set at the Southwest corner of Lot 6, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North with the West line of said Lot 6 a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod set at its Northwest corner, said iron
rod being in the South line of a 15.0 foot alley for the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE East with the South line of said alley a distance of 200.0 feet to an iron rod set at the Northeast corner of said Lot

THENCE South with the East line of said Lot 3 a distance of 150.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
