that I, Mrs. Hattie Brown Walker Blackmon, a feme sole, --am the owner of
9.82 acres of land adjoining and being in the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas,
described as follows:
EaGINo ING at a paint 57.4 feet north of the southwest corner of Block No. 3
of the Irrigated Subdivision of the John A. Scott survey No. 12, abstract Mo.296, a stake
for corner;
THENCE north along the wean line of said block 3, 705 feet to the north lire
of Gerald Street, a stake for corner;
TnaNCE east along the north line of Gerald Street 610 feet to the north-
east corner of the Intersection of Gerald and Neff Streets, a stake for corner;
THENCE south along the east line of Neff Street 705 feet to the northeast
corner of the intersection of Neff and Roosevelt S treets, a stake for corner;
THENCE west along the north line of Roosevelt Street 610 feet to the pla ce
of beginning, c_ntalning 9.82 acres of land; and, That for the benefit accruing and to
accrue to subsequent owners of said addition, I hereby dedicate to the general public chance,
Gerald and Neff Streets, and a strip of land 20 feet wide along the west line of blocks 1
and 2 from the Southwest corner of block 1 northward and along the east side of Rosewood
Avenue as heretofore dedicated to the north line of Gerald Street; also dedicating the alleys
extending through blocks 1 and 2, all as shown by said plat, which I hereby adopt, and
will hereafter coi.vey said land by lot and block numbers as shown thereon.
